Who can use EasyTransac?

EasyTransac is a service to cash credit cards, it is dedicated to professionals. To use EasyTransac, it is required to have a company number or to provide a document establishing the request to register your company.

What do I do if I lose my phone?

What to do if you lose your phone ? First of all, don’t worry : If someone with bad intentions takes hold of your phone, they will not be able to edit your IBAN without our action. Contact us as quickly as possible and we will disable all access to the application from your lost phone.

What is the demo mode ?
Demo mode : The best way to discover EasyTransac.

Once your have finalized your registration, you have access to our Demo mode. This service allows you to try our different solutions.
WARNING : When you make transactions using the Demo mode, these transations are not real, the amounts are not cashed and the information from the used card are automatically replaced by information from a test card stored in our system.

My account has not been validated :
  • All of your information has not been fully completed : Please go to this page and make sure that no tab is marked in red :My information
  • You did not send us all the required documents : To check if you have sent all your required documents, please check on this page : My documents
  • You activity is not authorized by our services : To check if your activity is accepted by our services, please check on this page : restricted or forbidden activities
  • The country from which you operate is not part of the European Union, nor United Kingdom, nor Switzerland.
  • If none of these reasons matches your situation, feel free to contact us by e-mail by clicking here
My documents have been denied :

First of all, please login to your EasyTransac backoffice on your computer, go to the My Account > Documents category. On the right of each document, you will find an indicator:

If the icon shows that it has been denied, you will find the reason of denial under the document, like in the following example:

What is a company account?

Having a "company" account allows you to manage your user fleet directly from your account :

  • Invite your coworkers
  • Manage your coworkers’ accounts
  • Control your business’ statistics
  • Direct all of your flow to a single account
  • Manage your options

What are the different account levels?

To upgrade from your account level to an higher level, you just have to complete the actions highlighted in red under the next account level.

Demo mode : The best way to discover EasyTransac.

While your registration, you get the Demo mode level by filling in your basic information. This account allows you to discover our services with the Demo mode, that does not permit real transactions.

Basic mode : Start your activity, while you complete the rest of your account.

With the basic mode, you can start cashing whithin the limit of 250€ per day, but you cannot receive your collected funds yet. To receive the funds, you need to send us one or more required documents.

Standard mode : For independants

Independants, you can cash in and receive your funds with only an IBAN and a proof of identity. However, this service is limited at 2 500€ per year. Exceding this amount, you will need to send us additional documents to get to Advanced mode.

Advanced mode : All of our services

You have sent us all the required documents, received and filled in your secret code. You have now access to all of our services and options, with no cash in or transfer limits.
